SSAW Line pipe introduction

SSAW can used for line pipe. With outer diameter from 219.1mm to 3048mm, wall thickness from 5mm to 25.4mm.
Most popular standard and steel grade for SSAW are:
API 5L: Gr.B, X42,X46,X52,X56,X60,X65,X70,X80
ASTM A53:Gr.A,Gr.B,Gr.C,Gr.D
Ends: plain ends, bevel ends
Surface treatment: anti-rust coating, coal tar bitumen coating, fusion bond epoxy coating, 3PE, Polyurethane, etc.
Test: chemical composition analysis, mechanical properties(Ultimate Tensile strength, yield strength, elongation),flattening test, bending test, impact test, hydrostatic test, X-ray test, UT test, visual insoection, dimension checking and etc.
So you can see that our inspection system is perfect. And any third party is welcome here in our factory. In addition, currently, our pipe length can reach 96 meter. So we can meet your requirement for within range.

The specified standards and materials were ASTM A53 GR.B, with a diameter of 2”, wall thickness SCH40, and a length of 6 meters. The total order was for approximately 130 tons of one specification, with the pipe ends to be threaded and accompanied by couplings and caps for use in well pressure testing at the project site.
