SSAW pipeline


Xinyue SSAW steel pipe production base was founded in 2003, located near Tianjin Port. Factory has equipment with 6 spiral submerged arc-welded steel pipe production line, with a team of 450 workers, hundreds of engineers and technician. Our annual production capacity can reach 450,000 tons.
Each production line has introduced advanced Lincoln welder from USA and installed full set of online testing equipment, including X-ray industrial TV, ultrasonic testing, hydrostatic pressure testing and other testing facilities. We can provide SSAW steel pipe from diameter 219.1mm to 3048mm, wall thickness from 5mm to 25.4mm, length of single joint extend to 96m and the highest level of production up to X80.

The specified standards and materials were ASTM A53 GR.B, with a diameter of 2”, wall thickness SCH40, and a length of 6 meters. The total order was for approximately 130 tons of one specification, with the pipe ends to be threaded and accompanied by couplings and caps for use in well pressure testing at the project site. Due to the approaching end of the year, the client requested that all materials be shipped within 30 days to avoid delays due to the Chinese New Year holiday.
