Vietnam announces anti-dumping duties on imported stainless steel products from China

"Vietnam Economic Times" reported on July 6, the Ministry of Industry and Trade recently issued the 2398/QD-BCT decision to impose anti-dumping duties on stainless steel products imported from China, Malaysia, Indonesia and Taiwan. The new anti-dumping tax rate is implemented from July 20, 2018 to October 6, 2019, and is the same as the original tax rate for the period from May 14, 2016 to July 19, 2018.

Specifically, the tax rate for Chinese stainless steel producers is still 25.35%, but Shanxi Taigang's tax rate is 17.47%; Indonesian producer tax rate is 13.03%, but Indonesia's jin jindal (PT jindal) tax rate fell to 6.64%. The tax rate for stainless steel products in Malaysia is still 9.31%; Taiwan in China continues to be 13.79%, but the tax rate for Yuan Long is 37.29%.
