What is the basic task of steel making?

The basic tasks of steel making are decarburization, dephosphorization, desulfurization, deoxidation, removal of harmful gases and non-metallic inclusions, increase of temperature, and adjustment of molten steel composition. Oxygen supply, slagging, agitation, and alloying are the means to accomplish the steel making task.

Dolomite is a slag-regulating agent, which is divided into raw dolomite and light-burned dolomite. 
According to the needs of the technology of slag splashing protection, adding the appropriate amount of dolomite to maintain the MgO content in the slag to saturation or supersaturation, to reduce the erosion of the initial acid slag on the lining, so that the final slag can be made sticky, and the slag splashing after tapping Requirements.

The specified standards and materials were ASTM A53 GR.B, with a diameter of 2”, wall thickness SCH40, and a length of 6 meters. The total order was for approximately 130 tons of one specification, with the pipe ends to be threaded and accompanied by couplings and caps for use in well pressure testing at the project site.
