An Order of high standard & strict requirements on API 5L PSL2 X42 Seamless oil & gas linepipe


                       
One of regular clients from Xinyue Steel Group sent a inquiry: oil & gas pipeline, API 5L PSL2 X42 Seamless Steel Pipe, normalized, size DN100 & DN150, total quantity of 150tons. The client requests pipes should be qualified with standard API and also with strict hydraulic test and impact test.

Any order, no matter bulk or small quantity, we always taking service in priority, client in priority, quality in priority. Xinyue Steel Group didn’t despised & neglected such order with little quantity, barely reached the MOQ, while the requirements are very strict & complicated to processing. We value our quality which stands for our reputation, the moment we decided to take this order, we starting working on this program, finally got agreement with client on each points. All of our pipes accepted manufacturing supervision and were perfectly passed all tests which supervised by designated TPI from client, the APPLUS.

ERW steel pipe for Cross hole testing in Uruguay

The specified standards and materials were ASTM A53 GR.B, with a diameter of 2”, wall thickness SCH40, and a length of 6 meters. The total order was for approximately 130 tons of one specification, with the pipe ends to be threaded and accompanied by couplings and caps for use in well pressure testing at the project site.
