In the first quarter of 2019, Tianjin #Xinyue #Steel Group was lucky to participate in the bidding for the #construction of the South American #Coastal #Terminal, and finally successfully signed a #contract with the customer. The project is including large-diameter #spiral long #tube with a maximum length of 40 meter for each piece and requires #Hempel #coating to cover part of the #tubes. The entire production was carried out under the supervision of the customer engineers. After several months of orderly production, the company finally passed the various tests and released the goods.
In July 2019, all long pipes arrived in Tianjin #Port are ready for loading on shipment.

The specified standards and materials were ASTM A53 GR.B, with a diameter of 2”, wall thickness SCH40, and a length of 6 meters. The total order was for approximately 130 tons of one specification, with the pipe ends to be threaded and accompanied by couplings and caps for use in well pressure testing at the project site. Due to the approaching end of the year, the client requested that all materials be shipped within 30 days to avoid delays due to the Chinese New Year holiday.
