25 Meters Pile Pipe Arrival at Port and Loading Successfully
This batch of anti-corrosion steel pipe is epoxy paint, the customer requests SA 2.5 sandblasting. Due to the single weight of up to 19 tons and besides 25 meters in length, it is a quite difficult for sandblasting. Nonetheless, Tianjin Xinyue professional anti-corrosion technical team overcame the difficulties, did not give up any a chance to challenge and promote ourselves. After various considerations by our technical team, we adjust and test the sandblasting equipment many times finally we overcame various difficulties and finished the production on time to catch up with the bulk vessel in October.
On the day of shipment, all heavy cargo trucks were covered with thick cotton quilts and all reinforced wooden slats with a thick and long rubber mat between the slats and the anti-corrosion steel pipe to prevent any damage from friction or collision.
