After two year communication, we built trust with our European client and won the order.

From 2018, Xinyue Steel Group has sent quotes to a European Client for many times but without any feedback. Therefore, we paid attention on client’s need and called the client to know more about their business range and adjust our solution. After talking with our client, we knew each other better and clients increased interests on our products. In this year of September, we received new inquiry from this client for the 200 tons EN10225 S355G13 welded pipe required for structural building usage. This standard is very popular in European market and Xinyue steel exported many times before. Our team quickly gave client the quotation and plan; Client was impressed by our quick response and attention. The client asked for very short delivery within 35 days for hundreds of tons after all property inspected by third party inspection.

The specified standards and materials were ASTM A53 GR.B, with a diameter of 2”, wall thickness SCH40, and a length of 6 meters. The total order was for approximately 130 tons of one specification, with the pipe ends to be threaded and accompanied by couplings and caps for use in well pressure testing at the project site.
