In September 2019, Xinyue successfully won the first phase of Middle East drinking water ssaw steel pipe project with the quantity of 2530 tons, steel standard is API 5L Gr.b. OD= DN800mm. external coating is 3PE and internal coating is epoxy.

The specified standards and materials were ASTM A53 GR.B, with a diameter of 2”, wall thickness SCH40, and a length of 6 meters. The total order was for approximately 130 tons of one specification, with the pipe ends to be threaded and accompanied by couplings and caps for use in well pressure testing at the project site. Due to the approaching end of the year, the client requested that all materials be shipped within 30 days to avoid delays due to the Chinese New Year holiday.
