In 2024, Tianjin Xinyue received an inquiry from a regular customer about scaffolding. The scaffolding steel pipes and couplers are used for the project under construction. Based on the trust of previous cooperation, the customer asked Tianjin Xinyue to configure the optimal solution in terms of quantity, in order to maximize the utilization of container space and save on shipping costs. The specified standards and materials were ASTM A53 GR.B, with a diameter of 2”, wall thickness SCH40, and a length of 6 meters. The total order was for approximately 130 tons of one specification, with the pipe ends to be threaded and accompanied by couplings and caps for use in well pressure testing at the project site.
